Street Performing, wandering minstrel Karla Mi Lugo is presenting a mutant show “Lady Day Communique” a vaudeville news report, from a Billie Holiday Impersonator at the Stork Club!

This show honors jazz legend Billie Holiday with biographical stories, comedy, jazz history and musical tribute. Current world and local news will be delivered through her story with special segments and commercials. A sentimental social commentary with humor and accordion pumps.

Please attend this show if you like the following : Billie Holiday, comedy, juggling, accordions, jazz, music history, storytelling, whistling, mock politics, melodic interludes, performance art, street culture, counter culture, vaudeville, cussing, clowning, reigning down blessings on the ones you love, hope for the future of the planet.
